3D Thursday

I saw a wee kissing booth candy holder idea on Dollar Tree's site and I had to make my own version.

The stickers are ancient Making Memories that I found last week.  Everything else was from Dollar Tree.  I'm still on the hunt for that gnome!

Thanks for looking!

From February

Matchy, but not matching shirts for Diva and her bestie in their shared favorite color:
The cup is from Target's $1 spot and says BFF.  There was also chocolate, of course!  Special thanks to Crystal at Hello Creative Family for the cut file and great idea!  The girls love their fun shirts!

Diva made Valentine's Day gifties for her dance friends.  I set up the file, but she did the rest herself.

The bag held a Blow Pop and Pop Rocks, so the tag said 'poppin' by to say I'm thankful for you'.

Thanks for looking!

Today I'm grateful for: safe travel for Son1, sweet snail mail from a friend, little waxy doughnuts, new book in the mail, and Diva GETS fractions, thank You, Lord!

Valentines

Good thing I finished these, since Valentine's Day is tomorrow! Tyler's, Devon's, Emily's in order. Devon's sentiment is hand written, the other two came in the Flopsey set.

And Scott's
A couple of nights ago Scott was teasing at dinner that he didn't know who his Valentine would be since no one had asked him, so I couldn't resist ...
I sure hope he checks yes, I did put myself out there by writing on the trees and everything. ;-)

Thanks for looking!

Day 14 - Today I gave away a few packages of notecards.

Today I'm grateful for: mocha latte, dry basement, fun Valentine's party, pizza and movie night, bubbles blowing in the breeze

New week, Newly inked

Blog Candy Alert - Monica is celebrating her blogaversary by giving away candy. Go say 'hi' and congratulate her on sharing a year of gorgeous creativity!http://riverviewstamper.blogspot.com/2009/02/happy-sunday-and-blog-candy.html

We are going to a Valentine's Party Friday morning. Em's 2, so she needed a bit of help with her Valentines. She helped put on the eraser and the printed stickers on the back that say 'Happy Valentine's Day from Emily'.
The heart stamp is by Stampendous and 'happiness' is a new-to-me stamp from Unity. The heart eraser is attached with a pop dot. After it's carefully removed, the Valentine can be used as a bookmark.

Tyler made two types. Most received the top one. His closest friends received the second one. He was going to color them all, but decided 28 was a lot. The second one is a scrapling so his friends can use it as a bookmark.

Devon did color part of his, but decided against stamping a word in the heart.

Thanks for looking!

Day 10 - Today I used my husband's van and brought it back full. :-)

Today I'm grateful for: the great office manager at my doctor's office, fresh coffee, gorgeous clouds blowing in the wind, folding warm towels, Tofutti Cuties

3D Thursday

My Valentine's treats for my 2nd/3rd grade Bible study class.

Inside is a fun size bag of M&Ms. The bag is 3"x4", should you ever need to know that...and, yes, I measured. To accommodate the M&Ms, I cut white cs into 4"x9" strips and scored it at 3", 3.5", and 7.5". I punched two hearts in the small top panel, embossed the bottom front panel, adhered the M&Ms with a pop dot and sealed with a sticker. Super easy and super quick because I had 18 to make and laundry calling. After I took the photo I realized it kind of looks like a face. Maybe next time no embossing with 'Happy Valentines Day' stamped for the mouth?

From the side
And the yummy inside
My daughter was so not happy with me when I told her these were not for her.

Thanks for looking!

Day 6 - Today I gave away a cross stitch kit.

Today I'm grateful for: my kids are healthy, my feather duster, warmer weather, time to play outside, chicken pot pie
