Emily is finishing up her first soccer season. She had a blast. She was the only girl on her team, but her coach is a girl which she thought was very cool. This is her card to say thank you to Coach Laura for a fun season.
The jerseys are bright blue and lime green. I had to use this super bright paper as the colors are an almost perfect match. I used Mojo Monday 208, which was a great fit for the little thank you card we needed. Nice when it all comes together so easily, isn't it?
Today I'm grateful for: great soccer coaches who love kids, bouncing diva excited to do math, 'I need a hug' from the 13 year old, Buffy on DVD, and coffee in my Mrs. mug left by my Mr.
Stamps: Studio G Ditto 4 You (new rubber from Studio G, love it!)
Paper: DCWV Citrus (super bright and fun papers)
Truly, coaches are the unsung heros. They put forth so much effort and they rarely realize the positive impact they have on those they coach. It's so sweet of you to make such a great card to show your gratitude. It's a wonderful project and your combination of patterned papers are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteGreat design. I am sure the coach will really appreciate the thought and the card!
