It's the anniversary of our engagement. This is the card I gave Scott:

Seventeen years ago, my sweet darling planned a very secretive and elaborate night leading up to The Question. Today my parents are taking the kids and we're headed out for a quick lunch. lol The plans aren't as 'big', but I would still say yes today. I try not to pat myself on the back often, however I chose my husband very well. He's my best friend and my favorite grown up in the world. He makes me laugh, makes me feel secure, makes my heart beat faster, and is a fantastic father to our children.
