The Man Room Challenge #170 is 'Galaxy and/or Stars'.  I couldn't think of anything I had that was 'galaxy' except a Changito stamp I didn't find quickly.  Instead, I went with 'stars' and made a wee card to surprise my guy with a GC.

A lil pocket for the GC:

He won't 'buy' himself a fancy coffee, but if I give him a GC he will use it.  Since *I* am buying the GC with money from our account, it's the same thing.  Silly man!   lol

New week, Newly inked

1. It's a new week...a new month...and this is a brand new blog. So it seems fitting to use a brand new stamp that hasn't been inked.
   
   
   
   This is a very simple thank you card for my husband's uncle, but it's quite pretty in real life. The photos do not do it justice. In person it has a rich look to it. I stamped with Versamark on chocolate card stock, embossing the center image with silver detail powder.
   
   
   

This afternoon we had friends over to play, friends we went to the beach with this summer.

Today I am grateful for: friends, kids laughing, snow, beach memories, and chocolate mint coffee creamer (yum!).
