TGIF Challenges #405 'What would you do...without stamps'.

hmmmm  Digging around my stash, I came across a lot of stickers and vellum quotes.  Apparently, long-ago-me liked to hoard these things.  Anyway...

The pink panel under the vellum was in my scraps.  The swirly is chipboard.
